We are a small dedicated team of decorators  who have discovered the benefits of plastering walls ourselves ready for final decoration by us.  Too often in the past we have followed plasterers onto jobs and discovered work which is unsatisfactorily finished and unsuitable for painting. 

Our machines spray Alsecco and Alltek fillers which offer an excellent solution where previously finished surfaces are in rough condition.  The skimming over of previously decorated surfaces is particularly effective in older properties where original plaster has started to crumble.  

Spraytek Coatings offer a highly cost-effective alternative to traditional thin-coat plaster for finishing walls and ceilings.  Using airless spray machines we can apply the pre mixed pastes to an almost unlimited range of surfaces, rapidly and with no over-spray.  Depending on substrate condition, up to 3mm of paste is applied and is then given the once over with a wide spatula to remove any excess.   A perfectly smooth finish is achieved by fine sanding once the plaster is dry.  The product is supplied pre-mixed and requires no on-site mixing, and due to its very low moisture content is dry within 24hrs and ready for decoration.

There are many benefits to this system.  As painters we really like the perfectly smooth finish we can achieve by fine sanding.  Other benefits include:

• Rapid machine application

• Can be decorated after only 24-48 hours

• Supplied pre-mixed for spray application. There is therefore no need for on-site mixing thus reducing mess and the need for an on-site water supply.

• Final surface less prone to cracking than Gypsum based plaster.

• Suitable for application to most internal substrates including plasterboard, previously plastered surfaces and Artex.
